Most private health insurances have small walk-in emergency clinics and have no big set up like what a real emergency room in a hospital should be like.
One can buy private medical insurance for the individual or family. While the premiums are variable. the average starting costs may range from 35 pounds per month to 100 pounds for a family. The more comprehensive the coverage the higher the cost.
