If you have a specific destination in mind, you can plan your route ahead of time and make your journey more enjoyable. It will also increase the probabilities of a successful outcome. If you can conceive something and you believe in it, then you can achieve it. If you want to do something nothing can stop you. There is no limit to the power of the human mind. The only limits you can experience will be self-imposed. You can test the limits of your mind power by willing success upon yourself everyday.
There are a number of people who do not do this, may be because at some point in their life they encountered some resistance and concluded that they were not meant to succeed and so they quit. They usually give up and settle for something less in life. Such people need to be reminded that one cannot be successful with little or no effort or no resistance. You will have to keep trying, if you want to achieve something in life. People who have been successful have encountered some resistance on the way, but they made it a point to preserve it and use it in building strength.
The irony of life is that you learn only when you struggle. Lessons learnt from failure will surely propel you on your way to eventual success. So never give up because you are facing difficulties. Set a goal and make a commitment that no matter what problems you would face, you will not give up or even give in. Try to learn as much as you can from your mistakes and make sure that you do not repeat them. You will eventually achieve your goal, despite making thousands of mistakes.
There are many people who keep working hard for creating a financial nest of security for their children, hoping that their life will be better than their own. It is again ironical, but many lessons that people learn in their struggle for building a successful life is lost on their children, as they endeavor to shield them from the same struggle that tempered them and made them strong. As a result their children never get to learn how to be as successful as their parents were. The human mind is just like rest of the muscles in the body. You need to expose it to resistance, if you want to make it strong.
If you set a goal, it will force you to challenge yourself. This will get you out of your comfort zone. You need to remember that you will grow on your own only when you are forced to stretch. Set goals that can challenge you beyond your limits. Always remember to keep the first signs of resistance with you whenever you set your goals.
Learn from struggle and failures and preserve them for good. In the end, the journey for you will be worth it, regardless of where you end up. Have a lot of determination and conduct self-analysis to overcome your fears and live your dreams. Setting of your goals can be the most effective way of achieving your fondest dreams. This might be ironical, but there are a lot of people who do not use this effective yet simple tool. Whenever you look at what you want, you need to believe that you will be able to achieve it and start working on it right away.
